What each piece actually means

Review engine. Automatic request after every completed job, sent by text and email, timed to when people actually respond, written in your voice.

Profile management. Categories, services, service area, hours, photos, posts, and Q&A — updated monthly, not set once and abandoned.

Every review answered. With a reply specific to the job. Usually same day. You approve anything sensitive before it posts.

Monthly campaign. One email and one text to a segment of your past customer list. Seasonal and specific to your trade.

The report. One page. Reviews gained, rating change, and profile views. Including what didn't work.

Custom work

Not everything fits one flat monthly number, and we're not going to pretend it does. Everything outside the package gets scoped as its own job.

One piece on its own

The review engine, the profile management, or the win-back campaign by itself. Some owners already have the rest handled — start with the piece that's costing you the most.

A website that pulls its weight

If yours is thin, broken, or embarrassing, we build one that actually says something — with the tracking wired in so you can see what it produces.

Something particular

More than one location. A profile cleanup. A job your situation needs that the package doesn't cover. If we can't do it well, we'll say so.

No hourly rates, no open-ended retainers. We scope the job and put a fixed price on it in writing — you see the number before you pay a dollar. If the package is the better deal for what you need, we'll tell you that instead.

Being straight with you

When $497 a month is a bad idea

If you're looking for results next week. Review volume and profile authority build month over month — the businesses sitting at the top of your map results got there by being consistent, not fast. If you need the phone to ring by Friday, that's a different tool than this one.

If your service isn't dialed in yet. This system puts your work in front of more people and asks all of them what they thought — the good and the bad. That's exactly what you want when the job is solid, and the last thing you want when it isn't. Get the operation right first, then let us amplify it.

If you want somebody to promise you a number one ranking. We won't, because nobody controls Google — not us, not anyone. What we'll commit to is the work that moves you up the list, and a straight answer every month about where you actually stand.

Pricing questions

Can I start with just one piece?
Yes — that's custom work. Tell us which piece when you request the assessment and we'll scope it and put a fixed price on it in writing before you pay anything. Plenty of owners start with one piece and add the rest once it proves out, but nothing says you have to.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Whatever you start with, the first month includes the setup work for it — profile audit and cleanup, review flow build, list import, and message templates written in your voice.
What's not included in the $497?
Paid ads, SEO content writing, website work, and anything past one Google Business Profile. Most of that we can still do — a website, a second location, one service on its own — it just gets scoped as custom work with its own written quote. And if it's something we wouldn't do well, we'll say so and point you at someone who would.
Multiple locations?
That's custom work. Each location needs its own profile management and its own review flow, so the price depends on the count. Ask and we'll quote it in writing before you commit to anything.
How do I cancel?
Email us. You're done at the end of the current billing period. No phone call required, no cancellation fee.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Not a fake one. We won't promise a specific ranking, because nobody controls Google and anyone who says otherwise is selling you something. What we will promise: the work gets done every month, you get a report showing it, and you can leave any time it stops being worth what you're paying.
