Google reviews for plumbing companies

There is no such thing as a plumbing customer who takes their time. Something is leaking, they search, and they call whoever sits near the top with reviews that look real.

  • Review request after every job, in your voice
  • Google Business Profile managed every month
  • A real reply to every review
  • Monthly win-back campaign to dropped-off customers

Why it matters here

What's different about plumbing companies

Every trade loses customers a different way. Here's how yours does it.

Emergency plumbing is a proximity-plus-prominence game.

Google builds the map pack largely on how close you are and how prominent you look. You cannot move your shop. You can absolutely move prominence, and prominence is review volume, rating, and recency.

Price anxiety is your real competitor.

Everyone has heard a plumber horror story. Reviews that say “told me the price before he started” do more for your close rate than any ad you will ever run. We prompt for exactly that.

Repeat work is invisible until you ask for it.

Water heaters, softeners, fixture upgrades, the second bathroom. Your past customer list is full of work nobody has asked for. One email and text a month is usually the fastest revenue in the program.

47%
of consumers won't use a business with fewer than 20 reviews.
74%
only look at reviews written in the last three months. Old reviews stop counting.
89%
expect the owner to reply. 80% are more likely to buy from a business that replies to every review.

Every month, without fail

Three jobs, done consistently

Reviews

Every completed job triggers a request timed to when people actually respond, written to sound like you. Nothing for your crew to remember and no app to install.

Google Business Profile

Categories, services, service area, photos, posts, and Q&A — worked every month, not set once and forgotten. Plus a real written reply to every review that lands.

Win-back

One email and text campaign a month to customers who dropped off — bought once, never came back. Seasonal, specific, and written in your voice.

Questions

Plumbing-specific questions

Do drain calls and big installs both work for this?
Drain and service calls are often the better review source because the customer sees the result immediately. Large installs are worth more but take longer to prompt well, because the customer stays slightly nervous for a week afterward. We time the two differently.
We are a two-truck shop. Is this overkill?
It is aimed at exactly that size. The businesses that get the most out of this are the ones still answering their own phones — every review and every returning customer is a job you feel.
Will you reply to bad reviews too?
Every one, usually the same day. A well-written reply to a one-star gets read by more prospects than any of your five-stars. On anything contested we call you before we post.
