About
We're trying to be the kind of company we'd want to hire
That sounds like a slogan. Here's what it actually means in practice, so you can hold us to it.
What we promise, specifically
Vague promises are how people get taken. So here are ours in a form you can check us against.
No contracts
Month to month, always. Cancel with an email and you're done at the end of the billing period — no cancellation fee, no hoops, no hard feelings. We'd rather earn next month than lock you into it.
Transparent pricing, published
The price is on the website. It's the same for everyone. We don't quote based on what your truck looks like or how big your building is.
We'll tell you not to hire us
If the assessment shows your real problem is something we don't sell — operations, pricing, a website that needs rebuilding — we say so in writing and point you in the right direction. We'd rather be the company that told you the truth than the one that took your money for the wrong fix.
No review gating, ever
Some companies filter customers — happy ones get sent to Google, unhappy ones get sent to a private feedback form. It's against Google's policy, it can get your entire review history removed, and it's dishonest to the next person reading your profile. Everyone gets the same ask. If that surfaces a real problem, you needed to know about it.
Real replies, not templates
Every review reply on your profile is specific to the review it answers. Not a template with your business name dropped in. It names the job, names the detail, and sounds like you. Half of consumers say a generic reply actively puts them off a business — which means a lazy reply is worse than not replying at all.
Reports you can actually read
One page a month. What we did, what changed, what didn't work. We include the misses. A report with no bad news in it is a sales document, not a report.
